House of Representatives

There is currently a rule that needs to be changed, which affects the number of representatives each State has in Congress.

Undocumented immigrants are included in the total population count used to determine the number of representatives each State receives in the US House of Representatives. This process is known as apportionment and is based on the decennial CENSUS, which counts ALL individuals residing in the country regardless of their citizenship status.

Now you can better understand why the Democrats have been so agreeable to OPEN BORDERS and allowing some (estimated) 20+ million into the US.

Excluding undocumented immigrants could reduce the number of representatives in States with large undocumented populations, potentially affecting their political power. States like California, Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Arizona.

This affects the number of electoral votes each state has and also the balance of power, red or blue state. Since undocumented immigrants can’t vote, they should not be counted in determining the outcome of elections.
