Pros & Cons

It seems that in the law of physics, “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”, holds true for the amazing US destruction of Iran’s nuclear facilities, built hundreds of feet underground. Stealth bombers flew a stealth mission over Iran, destroyed their underground targets, and returned safely.

Most Republicans applauded its success while almost all Democrats were against it.

AOC pushed for impeachment against President Trump as an act of war without Congressional approval. Interesting that the Korean conflict was never called a war.

When President Truman okayed dropping two Atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, which ended the Japanese War, there was also much pro and con about whether to deploy this destructive force, never before unleashed or since. He argued it would save one million American lives.

How many lives were saved by Israel’s preemptive strikes destroying most of Iran’s ability to make a nuclear bomb? Can you believe they were creating nuclear fusion for peaceful use? “Death to Israel”. “Death to America”. Do you believe those chants? Does the use of Iran proxies like Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Huthi to destroy Israel show the Ayatollah as a man of his word? Believe him.

Mistakes have been made in the past with Saddam Hussein’s having weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, even though he was a tyrant. Look at what regime change did to Iraq… Isis, Al Qaeda. What will regime change look like in Iran?

I give credit to President Trump…promises made, promises kept: Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. And now, having brokered a peace agreement between Israel and Iran.

You will still hear the boos.
