Opportunity
In business, sports, and politics, when things don’t go as planned, there is usually a turnover or change in management.
Often, when the new management, manager, or politician takes over, they complain about how bad the prior group or individuals were. Often, of course, they underperformed…that’s how you got the job in the first place…so don’t complain; you were hired or voted in to fix it.
I remember my first General Manager position at XTRA and KOST Radio. They were losing a great deal of money, and I had the opportunity to fix it; if not, then someone else would be brought in. That’s the way things work. If it wasn’t broken, there would be no need to fix it, and I wouldn’t have had the opportunity.
It’s easy to complain about things not working, but you were hired to fix it, so don’t complain…just fix it if you can, or someone else will get the opportunity.
I think President Trump is doing everything he can to lower Inflation and the cost of energy, but if the electorate thinks he isn’t doing enough, then someone else will be voted in.
