What would you do?

Picture yourself just graduating from college and seeking employment. What would you do?

AI has or will eliminate many white-collar positions, jobs you would normally qualify for.

I started as an account executive in Radio, but now that the industry uses more analytics in dealing with Ad Agencies, the future does not look as positive.

Today, I would look at growth industries or areas that need help, and look to see if there are any gaps that could be fulfilled with some innovative thinking, and try to start my own small business.

What are the needs? Possibly a service business where there is poor or very little service, where you seldom talk to a live person.

What is missing in people’s lives? How can lives be improved?

Remember that necessity is the mother of invention, so I would look to find a need that I could fulfill.
